BLBOPT Members automatically receive FREE standard shipping on every purchase order and every redeemed rewards order. Items ordered with standard shipping arrive between 2 and 4 business days after we process the order.

There are NO discounted expedited shipping options available at this time. Standard (2-4 business days for orders placed by 5pm CST):

• FREE for BLBOPT Members.
• FREE for Guest orders of $15 or more.
• $5 for Guest orders of less than $15.

Location Pickup

• FREE—If you train or take a class in-person with Personal Trainer, Brandon L. Bender.

• We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
• If you place your order after the cutoff times, we'll
  process and ship the order the next business day.
• We do NOT deliver on Sundays or holidays.
• We do NOT offer International shipping and
  are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes,
  re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
